The thing is, there's a ton of content out there these days. And so, so much of it is fantastic. But I don't think any of us can create our own meaningful content if we're utterly overwhelmed by how much we're trying to take in.
This guide will walk you through figuring out what you do and don't want to be consuming (content-wise—you're on your own when it comes to calories!). Once you've found clarity, you'll get guidance on deleting what doesn't belong. This step can be scary, but it's also so freeing! And finally, I'll give you some tips for staying out of overwhelm territory in the future, plus talk about how to actually use what you read (pretty important).

I shared recently that I'm making some big changes to my business. For now, you'll get weekly blog posts and the occasional update from me. I'm making plans behind the scenes, and I'll let you know when things are about to change!
