The Cobbler with No Shoes

…or the website designer with no website, the branding expert with no brand, the photographer with no pictures of her kids—you get the idea.

So often, it’s hard to turn our talents on ourselves. It’s hard to make the time, yes—with paying clients, running a business, and oh yeah, that thing we call a life, time can be scarce—but it can also just be tough to see ourselves and our needs with the same objectivity we so easily give to clients.

I recently found myself in the same boat. I’m great at sorting through large amounts of information and arriving at a clear, concise end, but I sometimes struggle to do that for myself. I know what I want to help you guys do, and I have so much clarity around what I can offer the world, but dang it all, I can’t distill it down into a neat little package (complete with a nicely tied bow). I can’t tell you, concisely, what I want to help you do!

So I did what any sane person would do—after sweeping the chocolate wrappers into the trash, of course—I hired someone to help.

But not just any someone—the right someone. And this afternoon, we’re walking through what they’ve come up with. I can’t wait!

So what about you?

Do you need to hire someone to design your website, brand your business, or take photos of your kids (they’re not getting any younger!)—even if you’re a designer, branding expert, or photographer?

Do you need to just take the leap?

Trust me. It’s worth it.
