Here’s how I share and show up!

As a 3/5 Manifesting Generator, I’m here to move quickly, experiment, iterate, and let go of what no longer works.

I’m learning how to trust these truths about myself! I’m experimenting with following what lights me up, allowing myself to go fast, leaning into my intuition.

In the past, I’ve created long, carefully polished emails that go deep into an idea. And I might still send some of these!

But I’m also learning that I really like showing up and sharing in the moment, letting questions remain a bit more open, and coming to fewer firm conclusions.

I’m even noticing that sometimes, by the time I’m done creating an email or carefully polishing an Instagram caption…I’m kinda over the whole topic and don’t even feel like sending it.

Plus, there are parts of me you’ve been missing out on—my silliness, for example (I find myself quite funny!), how quickly my interests shift, my deep curiosity and comfort with unanswered questions.

So I’m experimenting with videos, voice memos, and less-polished writing—to show more of me and get the ideas out to you when I still feel excited about them.

I don’t send these on any kind of schedule, and what I send is also an ever-evolving exploration (try saying that three times fast!), but I do my best to let my email friends know about the things I’m doing (changes in offering, videos I’ve created, and so on)…so if you want to stay in the loop, this may be the best spot!

Right now, I’m just posting videos on Instagram, but wanted to link to them from here as well. I’m hoping to eventually set them up on my site as well, so those of you who don’t want to be on Instagram (which I so feel!) don’t have to be.

For now, know that you don’t have to log in to Instagram to watch—and there are captions if that’s an experience you need or prefer!
