More and Less

There’s a lot of pressure on us these days.

Pressure to create! Publish! Do! Be! Think! Feel! Get it done! More, more, more! Frankly, it’s exhausting. I’m exhausted.

But the thing is, the pressure of more actually results in less. Less quality. Less thought. Less time spent on what you’ve produced before the reader rushes on to the next thing.

Frenzied creation isn’t getting us anywhere. Perhaps it's time to try thoughtful refinement.
