I sent out a sneak peek to my newsletter crew two weeks ago, expecting to launch last week—which, as you know, didn’t happen. But for those of you just catching up, here’s the deal!
I recently hired Braid Creative to help me explain what I do using words and visuals, and I was thrilled (but not surprised) when they knocked it out of the park.
I talked about my decision here, and I’ll be talking more about my experience working with them soon, but today, I want to get to the fun stuff: the results! This is a bit of a long post, but I hope you’ll stick around.
My background is in copy editing, but as I worked with some amazing clients, I kept seeing the need to help overwhelmed business owners develop their ideas from the start, and to empower them to write for themselves. So I went back to the drawing board, and after much thought and reflection, content coaching was born.
Content coaching is about empowering creative self-starters to create a framework for sharing their ideas in their authentic voice. I’ll be guiding these creatives through a process to explore and shape what they want to share about who they are and what they know. I believe the ideas are already inside each of us, just waiting to be shaped into something of meaning we can’t help but share.

I’ve been writing on the blog for some time, and loving the process, but recently I took a break to regroup. I found I needed space to step back, reflect, and make sure I was honoring my core. And man, was that time worth it. Next week, I’ll be sharing more about my vision for the blog, but know that at the core, I want to use the space to encourage you to (and help you) create content with meaning.
